Inside the hotel has a luxurious feel, very true to its Art Deco roots and has a wonderful conservatory - the ideal place for a morning coffee. We love the bedrooms here which manage to convey the great style of the era, yet are also very light and spacious. Our top tip, enjoy an early evening cocktail in the hotels Art Deco bar.

The first 5 star hotel on the island of Brac, this hotel is a real one off, and its adults only !  It took many years to renovate as very few changes were allowed owing to its listed status.  So the Designers had to work around complex stonework, differing levels and incorporate three main houses. The result is a total triumph. All of the rooms are totally unique. There’s a common theme of bright colours and the finest of furniture and soft furnishings and a great attention to detail. The hotel fronts right onto the harbour at the small fishing village of Sutivan. The restaurant is gaining an excellent reputation for both fine dining and sublime service levels.  And a private beach  Our top tip, if funds permit, take the transfer by Paula, the hotel’s own boat. Thirty minutes to the mainland, great !
