SATURDAY DUBROVNIK (Dinner)
The very popular M/S SPLENDID will be docked in the harbour at Gruž. Embarkation is available throughout the day, however, passengers arriving in the morning will not have access to their cabins before 1:00 p.m. but luggage may be left for secure storage on board.
Welcome dinner is served at 7:30 p.m. where you will be introduced by the Cruise Director to the Captain, the Crew and your fellow passengers, with whom you will spend the week.
Guests arriving later at night will be provided with a cold meal.

SUNDAY; DUBROVNIK- ELAPHITI ISLANDS- KORCULA (Breakfast & Lunch)
After breakfast the ship sets sail for Korcula. En route, cruise past the magnificent shores of the Elaphiti islands archipelago, to the northwest of Dubrovnik. Stop for a swim before lunch on-board and in the afternoon arrive in Korčula town, on Korčula Island. Our English speaking guide will take you on a tour of the city of Korčula, the alleged birthplace of Marco Polo, the famous explorer. The rest of the evening is free to enjoy dining at one of the local restaurants of your choice.

MONDAY; KORCULA – HVAR (B,L)
In the morning, set sail for the Island of Hvar with a swim stop in one of the many coves, followed by lunch on-board. After lunch continue cruising towards the sunniest island in Croatia – the island of Hvar. Hvar is an ancient town and a popular tourist destination particularly amongst the jet set. Upon your evening arrival at Hvar, a local guide will take you through the town introducing the history, culture and way of life on this island. There will be a presentation about the tradition of lavender farming over the centuries. You will have a free evening in Hvar to explore the town and dine in one of numerous family owned restaurants.

TUESDAY HVAR; BOL – SPLIT (B,L)
After breakfast, sail to Bol, said by some to have one of the best beaches for swimming in Croatia, the famous Zlatni Rat. (Golden cape). The stop in Bol is long enough to enjoy a stroll around this authentic Dalmatian town.
After a relaxed cruise from Bol to Split, arrival is expected late afternoon. The second largest urban centre in Croatia and the seat of the Split and Dalmatia County. Split is thought to be over 1,700 years old. Since 1979 the historic centre has been on the UNESCO World Heritage Site List. The historical and cultural buildings are located inside the walls of the Diocletian’s Palace. An English speaking guide will take you on a Split city tour, which includes a walk through Diocletian’s Palace. Overnight in Split.
WEDNESDAY; SPLIT – PUČIŠĆA (BRAČ ISLAND) – MAKARSKA (B,L)
Morning sees departure to Pucisca on Brač This is a lovely sleepy village on the island of Brač with authentic Mediterranean architecture and a rustic atmosphere, tucked inside a deep fjord. Famous for its quarries from which the stone was excavated to build the columns of the White House in Washington DC. Pucisca has the Stone masonry school of Croatia where students carve limestone with traditional tools, unchanged for centuries. Lunch on board en-route and then afternoon arrival in Makarska.

THURSDAY; MAKARSKA – MLJET NATIONAL PARK (B,L)
After breakfast we set sail for Mljet, the last island on the itinerary. There will be a swim stop along the way, followed by lunch served on board. Upon arrival enjoy the, free afternoon to explore the park, walk around the Great and Small Lakes and Islet of St. Mary with its 12th century Benedictine Monastery. Evening at leisure.

FRIDAY; MLJET – DUBROVNIK (B,L)
After breakfast depart for a leisurely cruise along the shores of Mljet and the Elaphiti islands where there will be a swim stop and lunch; Arrive back to Dubrovnik in the afternoon for a guided city tour of the old city. You will have the evening free to explore historic Dubrovnik. Please note that cruise guests will make their own way back to the ship.

Optional Excursion – Dubrovnik Countryside (Duration 5 hours)
This is an excursion that will show you the natural beauty of the countryside around Dubrovnik. The tour takes in country roads passing through picturesque small villages, including a photo stop on a hill above Dubrovnik, a high panoramic point from where you can see the ancient walls of Dubrovnik as well as the islands around. Visit a medieval watermill on the pristine River Ljuta, with a presentation on traditional flour production. You will also be offered a welcome local liqueur, figs, walnuts and homemade Arancini – the delicious candied sweet and sour orange peel.
Tour Includes: English speaking guide, return transfer, milling presentation with welcome drink, local produce and wine tasting.
We recommend that you book this excursion on board because there is a minimum number of guests required for this tour.
SATURDAY DUBROVNIK (B)
It is time to say farewell to all your new friends after breakfast, before you transfer to the airport or onto your chosen hotel.
The Captain reserves the right to change the itinerary as he sees fit.
Due to mooring restrictions in some Ports, the ships are moored side by side, making it necessary for clients to cross from one ship to the other over gang ways. Passengers are urged to take special care, when crossing,
Crew are on hand to assist, but given this fact, we will not offer these cruises for clients with mobility issues.
If you wish to leave a tip and this is not obligatory, we would suggest € 50 per adult traveller is perfect.
