Lovely holiday on the island of Brac
Hi Alison and Jane,
We are just back from a lovely holiday on the island of Brac and thought you might like to know how we got on as we were very much guided by your recommendations. Firstly, thanks for the croatia guide book and online check in. This was great to have sorted out. I was highly impressed that Dan turned up at the airport to meet us in person. Took me a while to realise he was in fact the hotel owner but fortunately didn't put my foot in it. He and his wife are so friendly and smiley and relaxed, it makes you love the place even more. He even had a car seat for Amelia and a booster seat for Leighton which I hadn't even considered myself. The hotel was in a fab location, nice and quiet and felt very exclusive and sounds silly, but no other kids really was nice for us!! We had the pool to ourselves most times and even though shady, this was a welcome break from the heat for the kids as the day went on. The rooms were really nice and so clean. Breakfast was amazing. Highlight of our day. Kids loved it. The rooms were a little small though shower room comparatively large. great to be interconnecting, but we spent very little time in them other than dressing and sleeping, so it really didn't matter at all. It felt very exclusive. The beach was beautiful and sea perfect for the kids. They got into snorkelling. It was great to go down to the quieter beach near the port and then if we wanted a bit more activity for the kids, we went up to the slides and the pedalos. The food was great and good price in most places we went to. We arranged a trip to krka ourselves with elite travel which was nice but would have been better to spend the whole time at the waterfalls rather than try and fit in Sibenik as well because it was a long day travelling. We all still enjoyed the trip and learned a lot about the area from the guide. We also got the bus over to Bol beach one day which was nice for a change, but supetar had everything we needed. So safe and easy going. Heat was perfect and sea breeze and sea kept us cool.
Thank you sooooooo much for recommending this place for us, you were absolutely spot on. I expect you remember me being anxious that there would be enough for the kids to do but they love the water so much that it was just perfect for them. Caught mum and dad on the flight back too which was fun!
I've left a review on trip advisor for Villa Adriatica. Please do let me know if you want a write up for your site at all or if you are on trip advisor too, very happy to oblige.
Many thanks and best regards,

The most delightful hotel we have ever stayed in
We have just returned from our holiday, which was wonderful and wanted to thank you for your recommendation . Both of the hotels suited us perfectly. However the Villa Adriatica was the most delightful hotel we have ever stayed in.
