All our Villas are built in Istrian stone and have open fireplaces, beamed ceilings, country style furniture, and all mod cons. This seemingly effortless blend of traditional and modern combines to provide the very best in comfort yet bursts with character.

All are in unique peaceful locations with some great views over surrounding countryside.

All villas are individually constructed in traditional Istrian style. So well has this been done, it’s hard to believe, they are actually brand new. Even down to the glassware and crockery which is made to order, each villa is furnished to an identical extremely high standard and quality.

Private Villas and Village Villas are virtually identical, the only difference being that the Private Villas have a larger garden area and Village Villas are clustered together in small groups. All have a private swimming pool and plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining or simply lying in the sun. A barbecue is also provided.

Private Homes have large plots and are individually located.

If you really want to treat yourself, we can arrange for the services of a chef to be made available for whatever duration you wish. They are specialist in the cuisine of Istria which is world renowned. Specialities such as fresh fish and shellfish, fused with plentiful local herbs and truffles, cooked in the finest locally produced olive oil.

There is a welcome pack provided which consists of the real basics. If you are likely to arrive late at night, let us know and we can arrange to send over a list of foods which you can pre-order via us and pay for after your arrival. (The ham is a definite must taste!)

There is also a nearby restaurant which will deliver meals to your villa as well.

Reception is open 24 hours so regardless of your time of arrival there is always someone on hand to assist in ensuring you arrive safely at your villa.

Other Add ons
Welcome pack, use of mobile phone to liaise with personal Guest Relations Manager, Grocery delivery service, daily cleaning and linen change, all towels (including beach towels) and bed linen, babysitting (local charge applies). Whilst all villas have their own washing machine/tumble drier, there is also a full laundry and dry cleaning service.

Your Guest Relations Manager can also arrange for the rental of a powerboat complete with Skipper who will be happy to take you to some of the best kept secrets in and around Istria including some uninhabited islands. Our advice is to take a picnic and make a day of it.

As stated above, our price does include car hire. However, if you would prefer a private taxi transfer from your arrival airport, just let us know and we will make the necessary adjustment to the price, as well as source competitive transfer rates for you.

Another thing you shouldn’t miss is the opportunity to visit Venice, approx 1 hours ferry trip, a great day out and then return to the peace and tranquillity of your haven in the country. Your Guest Relation Manager will be happy to assist with arranging this for you

Our price is per person and includes return flights and car hire.

A refundable security deposit of Euro 1000 per villa is payable locally upon arrival. This can be made either by cash or by credit card. If using a credit card, you will need to authorise the amount.
