They are only a 10 minute walk to Stradun, the main street in the Old City and 5 minutes to Banje beach. Surprisingly tranquil given the proximity to Dubrovnik Old Town
Apartments
There are beautiful views from balconies (apartment and studio) and windows (room) over Dubrovnik Old town port and onward towards the island of Lokrum. The studio apartment sleeps 2, as does the double room which both have ensuite shower facilities. The 1 bed apartment sleeps 4 by means of a double room and sofa bed.
The one bed and studio apartments are fully air conditioned with satellite TV. The large en suite double room is shady and has a fan it also has a mini bar, kettle, coffee machine and satellite TV. There is also a washing machine & dishwasher in the 1 bedroomed apartment. All towels, bed linen and beach towels are provided. Hairdryers are provided in all accommodation.
The kitchen in the one bed apartment is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven and washing machine, kettle, iron and ironing board with baby cot available. The studio apartment has a hob but no oven no dishwasher or washing machine.
For families with older children, we often recommend the one bed or studio for Mum and Dad, and the adjacent separate double room for the younger members of the party.

As there are 135 steps to the front and 70 plus to the rear of these apartments, we don’t recommend them for those with mobility difficulties. It does explain the unparalleled views though!
