Located in Rozat, 6km from the centre of Dubrovnik sits beautiful Niksa’s Home. Just 1.5km from the Marina.
Fully air conditioned, Sleeping 8 in total comfort, the accommodation is located over 2 floors. On the ground floor is a entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, separate wc, and two double bedrooms.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with jacuzzi, a further living room, a gym and playroom. the house is 220m2 in total
To the front of the house is a large balcony, and on the ground floor is a terrace with a dining table for 8 people as well as a lounge outdoor area. To the lower part of the terrace, there is a swimming pool (8.5 x 3.7 m).
The pool area is fenced to afford total privacy, and the entire property is surround with lovely gardens well planted and also with fruit trees.
Everything for the perfect holiday is here, from deck chairs, back flow swimming device in the pool, a gym, darts, table football, and – a car with a driver should this be required. This would be arranged and paid for locally.
The well equipped kitchen boasts a fridge, full oven and gas hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, iron and board, juicer and washing machine, the Villa also has satellite TV, internet, computer and hairdryer.
There is a locally payable security deposit of euro 350 which is returned to you at the end of the holiday, assuming no damage or losses against inventory.
Towels and bed linen is changed twice per week, and the whole villa is cleaned also twice weekly. There are 4 parking spots, and the pool is cleaned daily.
The beach is 5km away, there is a bus stop 300m from the property where buses run into Dubrovnik every 10 minutes during the day. There is a grocery store 500 metres away
Completely Croatia says:- lovely position away from the bustle of Dubrovnik, but convenient to visit. Excellent location for the larger family, or a group of friends.
