We are also conscious of the impact excess paper has on the environment, so with this in mind, on every hotel page, there is an ebrochure which may be printed. Alternatively, each page can be printed off for your perusal. Either option gives far more information and more pictures than any traditional brochure ever could.
We have also observed that the traditional paper brochure does a lot to frustrate the customer. Due to the nature of the majority of airline’s business models, prices move – sometimes on an hourly basis. We think it is misleading to produce set pricing which may move down as well as up – we undertake to provide the very best price at the time of your enquiry.
Last but not least, not having the expense of brochure production and distribution also enables us to keep our costs down and our pricing competitive!
Some people ask why we don’t take bookings on line. This is down to three fundamentals.
Number one we prefer to talk to you and see where you’re nearest or favourite departure airport is and find a bit more about exactly what you expect from your holiday and the appeal of your chosen accommodation and also to get a rough idea of your budget and preferences.
Number two – to avoid disappointment. Croatia is unlike many other European destinations – early booking is essential, particularly for holidays to Dubrovnik. But, by speaking with us we can, more often than not, pull just the right deal out of the hat for you – so its win-win!
Number three – due to the fact that we specialise in the smaller hotels, in peak season, a hotel can reach their capacity in a matter of minutes – we’d hate it if you ‘booked online’ and we had to call to say your chosen hotel was full. So – as outlined above, we prefer the personal touch – if your chosen hotel has no availability, we can advise of similar properties to get you just the right holiday deal.
