A quick e-mail to let you know we had a lovely holiday in Dubrovnik and Hvar. The hotels you recommended to me were perfect for our needs and much better than the choices I would have made for myself left to my own devices. Hotel More was faultless to be honest - and, although Podstine was simpler inside the atmosphere was lovely and the outside terraces just perfect. Well done you! I'm also really pleased I paid the extra for the speedboat transfer from More to Podstine. It didn't feel like a transfer day at all. The girls sunbathed on the deck with their ipods and we had an hour to explore Korcula - a swimming stop - and plenty of beer and cold drinks, plus a lovely arrival at the Podstine jetty (four members of staff came to meet us and help with the luggage). It felt more like an excursion than a travel day. The organisation of all elements of the holiday went very smoothly and it's quite clear that Completely Croatia has an extremely good relationship with all the operators out there - and everyone seemed to know your name!
A brief and belated note to thank you for arranging such an interesting holiday for us. We thought Supetar and the island of Brac were an excellent recommendation, and the second week in Tucepi made an interesting and enjoyable contrast. Both hotels were very welcoming and took great care of us.
The weather was exceptional and all the transfers went like clockwork.

I did tell the reception staff at the hotel (Podstine) how perfect everything was,particularly the exceptionally helpful bar/restaurant staff for whom the phrase "nothing is too much trouble" could have been invented.The hotel as well as being delightfully situated was,on a more mundane but still important level wonderfully spic and span.
I can see why in terms of basics the hotel is three star but in terms of intangibles like character,atmosphere and charm it is definitely six star!
I left without being able to fill in a comments sheet...do you think that these comments could be conveyed to the hotel owner/manager?

We were thrilled with both our cruise on Marija Magdalena and Hotel Bozica - our 17 shipmates were lovely (11 Aussies, 4 S. Africans and 2 other Brits) and we really did have a wonderful time together - Marija Magdalena was a delight, with friendly crew and delicious home cooking served every lunchtime. Our (nearly) last night party on Thursday was great fun and we were really sad to say our goodbyes on Sunday...

Dan and I are now back from our holiday at the Hotel Bozica.
We want to say thank you for a truely wonderful holiday. Everything from the time we arrived at the airport just went so smoothly. I have to say we were apprenhensive when we saw our flight were with Easy Jet, but the bag drop was straight forward and we were also plesently suprised to find out you had sorted out the checked luggage fees for us too. Our transfers were all ready and waiting.
The hotel was amazing and staff were so helpful. Our room was lovely, the food and service was really good. We were glad we followed your advice and did not go full board as we visited Dubrovnik and the neighbouring islands and as the ferries ran till quite late we ate a few times on the other islands.
We also went up to Sipanska Luka and to Konoba Kod Marko... what a perfect little place! It really is one of the best restaurants we have yet discovered anywhere in the world! We spent the afternoon having a drink in the sunshine and just waiting to see what great food surprises would come next!!

Wow! After a week at Hotel Bozica - Wow!
Lady G thought it was 'magical' -even allowing for the wasps!
It was everything you promised - and the food (my interest) was excellent.
Locals said the weather was better than usual for late-ish Sept, and the rainy day
we travelled by local ferry to Dubrovnik - great city!
Next year? Hmmm- can you do better?
Problem is for this time fo the year, and our 40th wedding anniversary is in 2012-
we are 'open to offers', as they say. Is there anywhere in Croatia better than Sipan?
Our critieria are peace and quiet, great food and excellent service.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say what a wonderful holiday we had in Croatia. We thoroughly enjoyed it and felt relaxed as soon as we got there. Everything went smoothly. The Hotel More in Dubrovnik was excellent, and we really liked having a hot-tub on our balcony! The transfer by private boat to the Hotel Bozica on Sipan was very nice. The hotel again was excellent. The staff in both hotels were attentive at all times, but without being overly so. We were very impressed with the Croatian wines!
The only slightly vague part of our holiday instructions was where to wait for our transfer to the hotel. Our info just said 'from the harbour at Gruz' and we decided that since the transfer was apparently by boat, to stand by the pier, rather than our boat. It all got sorted out quickly via the harbour office, but it would be worth telling people to wait by the boat!
Hotel Bozica was a dream and lived up to all our expectations. We really enjoyed a hotel-organized tour to Mostar last Thurs. Food was great, and Sudurad itself really pretty and loads of other places to eat. We DID bus over to Konoba Kod Marka on Friday (and taxi back) and had a fabulous meal - many thanks for the recommendation!
Generally we loved the island scenery and all the eating-out, and a particular highlight for both of us was all the deep-water swimming both from the boat and the hotel - we're really missing our daily dips in the crystal clear turquoise water - we spent hours swimming and floating - nearly grew fins!
We had lovely weather throughout, just 1 wet morning on MM, and getting very hot last week (43C in Mostar!).
We're really struggling to get back into the work routine now - but just wanted to send you a quick report before too much time passes. At the moment we're desperate to do another similar cruise asap, maybe the more northern islands, and would love to get back to Hotel Bozica. No doubt we'll be in touch when we start planning next year's holidays :o)

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Croatia. Many thanks to you for arranging our holiday. All the arrangements went so smoothly and we were really excited to start off with a speed boat ride. Our young boys experienced both the speed boat ride and a great day's kayaking around Kolocep so they really got the best of both worlds.
The accommodation (Villas Kolocep) was very clean with good service from everyone we met there. The island is beautiful, really quiet and the perfect retreat. I'd recommend it.

You did warn us about the steps up to the studio and although we are quite fit 50-somethings, we found them a challenge, especially in the heat of the day. There were about 135 steps from the beach road up to our studio, and if you are climbing from the actual local beach, then there would be another 25 - 30 or so steps. I think this climb is not for the faint-hearted and older/less fit people would definitely find it difficult. I think Ed and I are even fitter after our holiday!
I would definitely recommend the studio to other holiday-makers and can see how this accommodation won the award last year. Obviously, we would also recommed Completely Croatia very highly.
Thank you again for coordinating our holiday. Everything went very smoothly apart from the flight home which was delayed for 5 hours for technical problems.

We have returned from our holiday and I just wanted to say how lovely it was.
On arrival at Split airport the Mini bus was waiting for us - after a very smooth transfer the apartment was ready on arrival it was spotlessly clean and spacious.
The lovely ladies on reception went out of their way to be helpful and the breakfast/cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful too. We loved the area too.
All in all we had a perfect holiday.
We will certainly think about returning in the future and would definately recommend it to anyone else.

Can I congratulate you and your team for our recent holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The travel and transfers worked out great, the in-resort rep met us, offered us various trips not in a pushy way – our choice, advised on local sightseeing/customs, made herself available for any concerns and left us to it (there if needed just what we wanted).
The hotel and location was first class, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
Downside; room had nowhere to store all those clothes you take for every eventuality (maybe a lesson there?) which was a little disappointing but… And they could have looked a little closer at the poolside toilet facilities, often lacking in toilet paper and swimming in water.
Why do they not include in-room tea/coffee making facilities?
We would recommend Completely Croatia to friends and neighbours, in fact we already have, and we would have no hesitation in using your services again, well done a first class service.

Just to let you know that we had a fantastic holiday in Dubrovnik and that our accommodation (Sunny Apartment Studio) was really lovely. We had regular changes of towels and beach towels were provided. We had wireless internet access which was really useful and kept us in touch with what was happening on the news front while we were away. We had the most amazing view from our balcony. All aspects of the adventure went extremely well from start to finish.

Just a quick e-mail to thank you and your Company for organising a wonderful week for us in Cavtat. The Villa Pattiera and it's restaurant were as good as you suggested and we had a really enjoyable time. Surprisingly, Cavtat hadn't changed that much in the 40 years since our last visit. However, we will not wait as long to go back again, in deed we are already talking about returning next year. If we do, rest assured we will, once again, use you to organise things for us.
We travelled to Villa Andrea and from the meal served to us at 10.30 pm on our arrival to Blanche's gift to each of us on departure it was fantastic. I think Liz has already spoken to you about how much we enjoyed our stay and how welcoming the staff at VA were and she has forwarded to me your ideas for another Croatian holiday.
We highly recommend Villa Andrea and we highly recommend using Completely Croatia which I initially discovered almost by mistake.

The hotel itself is great - very relaxed and lovely staff - we had a good weather and swam in the sea (marginally warmer than the pool), loved the walks and even kayaked round the island one day. Dubrovnik was beautiful and that was an easy trip, we were so relaxed that we didn't bother going to the other islands (maybe next time?).
I had a wonderful massage on our last day - bliss and welcome after my hard work canoing.

Well we're back, and I can't thank you enough for your wonderful organisation. Liz and I had one of our best holidays ever! You are absolutely right, Croatia is stunning.
All of the organisation went like clockwork; just a couple of minor hiccups in Dubrovnik that you might like to be aware of for future clients, the car that collected us from the airport dropped us at the wrong hotel and even though we were then collected from that hotel and taken to the correct one they still went to the wrong one to collect us for the cruise!!
The highlights are too many to state here; every hotel treated us superbly and we were aware everywhere of the esteem that they have for you and the obvious individual planning that you give to all your customers.
I will recommend you, without hesitation, to anyone who says that they want a holiday in Croatia; and you never know we might even go back again as there's lots more to see.

Well here I am back at work.....
The holiday was really great. I would really recommend the MS Eden to anyone, Ivan and his crew were great. the food was lovely, continental breakfast and a 3 course lunch. The swimming stops were stunning, away from the hub bub of the overnight stops. You were soon joining in with everyone, all on board spoke excellent English and put the only 4 Brits on the boat to shame. Getting of the boat in the evening and exploring the local night-life was interesting and trying the local food was enjoyable.
The trip to Bozica was lush in the speedboat. Our room was lovely and you were right we didn't need a balcony. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. I can only say that I now need to go on a diet. Ivana was an excellent host and very helpful. I got a rash from a bracelet that I had bought in Dubrovnik, she had some cream sent over for me that did the trick. I'm just left with a bracelet that I cant wear!
Thank you again for coordinating it all and making it all go very smoothly. Andrew already wants to go again !

The service from all the staff was fantastic and the location and setting of the Hotel is absolutely stunning - it really is a calm, relaxing oasis with mesmerising views of the adriatic. Our private transfer to and from the airport was great service, the food at their restaurant was delicious and Lapad bay has everything you could want with the promenade offering gentle walks from the Hotel where more restaurants and bars can be found. We really enjoyed the calmness of the Hotel More and it contrasted perfectly with the delights of the old town of Dubrovnik where we soaked in the beautiful architecture, the history and just watching the world go by. We loved it and wholly recommend Hotel More, Completely Croatia and Dubrovnik itself.

Everything was exactly as you described it which was a refreshing change!!
We were so chilled out all of the time that it was like being on drugs. We went into the village on the second night for dinner ( which was very nice) and nipped into Dubrovnik on the ferry ( which was very hot) but apart from that we never moved from the hotel. Why would you want to when we were being treated so well and had everything that we needed? Absolute bliss.

First of all thank you for the "bubbly" that you arranged for us on our arrival. That was very thoughtful of you. We took all our cards with us and put them up in the hotel room. Can you believe the next day the hotel management also delivered some red roses to our room and they still looked lovely when we left yesterday.

We were anxious about the return flight when we heard about the "ash cloud" problem again, but once we were on the plane and the pilot told us that he had been assured that Gatwick would remain open till midnight, I knew we would be OK.

Villa Andrea – What a delightful gem of a place. Blansa and Zeljko run the place with sustained high standards. Zeljko has incredible attention to detail and constantly scans the place to ensure everything is in order. Igor and Jadranka, the waiting team are also superb. Igor is a star and knows his trade well. Everything was spotlessly clean.
The position of the hotel is marvellous, right at the quiet end of the promenade so it is away from the hustle and bustle of the main harbour and lovely and peaceful at night. The rooms are well appointed and spacious and are also well insulated from noise so no disturbances at night.
We also very much appreciated the arrangements Blansa made for us to taxi up to the old village a couple of times for evening meals. In addition, their recommendations for eating out (Feniks for the Peka experience and local museum and the Ranc just up the hill set in an olive grove.
The hotel restaurant is a charming spot for an evening meal and as good if not the best on the Tucepi promenade. Breakfast is also excellent with eggs cooked to order and a wide spread of cereals, yoghurts, fruit, cheeses, meat and fresh baked breads to satisfy any preference.
The immediate proximity of the beach with free sun beds and parasols provided by the hotel is a tremendous bonus factor. It was so easy to go for a swim and pop back to the hotel café for a mid morning coffee and lunch time drink.
Overall an ideal place for a relaxing ‘do little’ holiday.

The hotel was comfortable and stylish, the food was excellent and the staff all very friendly and competent. The island setting is of course great with the sea very clear and clean – so different from other parts of the Mediterranean. We shall be back.

The apartment was good but their hospitality really set it apart (arranging a complementary boat trip to Kolocep [one of our most blissful days], cooking us two fabulous dinners, washing and drying a load of laundry and generally being very welcoming, friendly and helpful) . We also very much enjoyed the Palace Hotel in Trogir.

Just back from beautiful Croatia! I loved Rovinj and the hotel was excellent! We were given a wonderful room which had a balcony, as requested, with a superb sea view and it couldn’t have been better.
Neil, the rep was there waiting to meet the flight and couldn’t have been more helpful. We both definitely want to go back! Thank you so much for making the arrangements for me and for ensuring we had the best of attention.
We loved exploring the Old Town and finding all the wonderful authentic buildings… my friend hired a bike one afternoon and explored a little more of the area and we both spent a wonderful day in Pula with the stunning amphitheatre and beautiful old square etc etc.

Just a quick note to feedback on the Hotel More. The room was excellent with a lovely view (as promised). Whatever you said worked. In fact on departure one of the managers referred to you by name and how you only send them ‘nice guests…who also spend a lot of money’ (which I didn’t think that we did by the way). So maybe you are due a dinner at the very least next time you are there. As we saw one very small room on the side however I would always encourage people to pay more for a front facing room.
Having stayed in many ‘luxury’ hotels around the world one of the most impressive aspects was the level and quality of the fixtures and fittings. Often rooms, especially bathrooms are not finished to the same standard. Despite the hotel being new when you might expect corners to be cut, the level of finish and the specification was extremely impressive.
We visited the Dubrovnik Palace opposite for drinks and were so glad we chose the More. I’m sure if you have young children the Palace is a better choice but for us the calm and tranquillity of the More was ideal.
We will obviously sing both your praises and the hotel’s to our friends.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Dubrovnik. We would love to go back – but more likely during Easter or our October holiday. I think we would go to Cavtat next time as there seemed to be a lot of “active” activities available, diving, horse riding, cycling and walking, and going out of the summer months would mean that we can actually participate without ending up as greasy spots!! Pearo was lovely and made us feel most welcome and the apartment was great. Brilliant to have the balcony to sit out on.
We would most likely be looking at Wednesday 13 October 2010 for a week. Would you mind doing a provisional quote for us please?

Just a quick email, firstly, to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Dubrovnik – the Sunny Apartment fitted our requirements perfectly! It was comfortable and stylish and its location was ideal, both for the beach and the Old City. As we are a fit family the number of steps to the accommodation did not bother us – though I wonder if you might want to point out to clients that the apartment can only be reached by a lot of steps (126 up from Fran Supila and quite a few down from Petra Kresimira 4.
I would certainly recommend Dubrovnik, Sunny apartment and Completely Croatia

We wanted to thank you so much for organising a memorable family holiday.
Your challenge was to plan a trip which appropriately entertained and satisified two very different generations of family and provided a great venue for a 60th birthday party to boot!
It was just all so wonderful— from the bouquets of flowers and bubbly waiting for us in the Hotel More on my birthday and the best location ever for a special dinner- to the genial and funny guy at Hotel Peristil in Split who rescued us when we abandoned the car having been defeated by the one way system -to the jacuzzi bath in the suite overlooking the Adriatic in the Marco Polo-to the charming head waiter at Cavtat who knew what fine wining and dining was all about amd what to recommend and to everyone who did their best to make sure my veggie daughter didnt miss out on good cooking.
Every time we left a hotel to move on we were sad to leave and felt the experience couldnt be betterered, We were wrong each time, each of the 5 hotels you chose and their location were so different and yet in each we met with charming and personable hotel employees who just went out of their way to make sure we as their guests were having a good time. On arrival each hotel was expecting us, made absolutely sure we knew where everything was and the local places to visit. The rooms were spotless, food fab and everyone spoke beautiful English.
Thank you so so much for being good at what you do and delivering what you promise.

We returned from our above holiday on Saturday last and am just advising you that we all had a lovely time.
The weather was favourable after our concerns on the arrival evening, when there was a tremendous fire close to the hotel, but the fire service had it under control by Sunday morning.
Apparently it was the worst fire they had experienced for 30 years, and they did very well to control it so quickly.
The Hotel Meteor was one of the best which we have experienced for some time, and the food was very varied and good quality.
I thought I would give you some feedback, and again, many thanks for your help.
