Your hosts are the Mandic family who lovingly and carefully restored this Renaissance building, finishing in 2005. They still own and manage the property and are on hand to provide everything needed to make a holiday really special.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and have Sea View, satellite tv, internet access, ensuite shower/bath, direct dial telephone, mini bar and room service. Very comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated, guests are even invited to take their breakfast in the privacy of their own sun terrace with amazing sea views. There is also a private sun terrace to the rear of the property – perfect to take coffee and read at your leisure.
Villa Pattiera also has one of the most popular restaurants in Cavtat. Breakfast may be taken outside on the shady terrace. Most evenings, guests decide to dine al fresco at the restaurant and enjoy the magnificent sunset over the sea. However, on those rare chillier evenings, there is a cosy indoor restaurant. Food is predominantly Mediterranean in style using fresh herbs, with plenty of the fresh fish and shellfish for which Croatia is so well known.

Moving slightly inland from the sea, Cavtat invites exploration inland as well. The concierge will be happy to supply details of local walks, or arrange cycle hire.
Cavtat is only 5km from Dubrovnik airport and 17km from Dubrovnik old town itself. Taxis and public transport are easy to find and buses are great value for money.
