The English owners have spared neither time nor expense to create the perfect summer home just above the promenade of the picturesque historic village of Cavtat.
The stunningly appointed villa together with a separate cute cottage is set in a lovely well planted garden with a private swimming pool. If its a peaceful location you are after – this definitely fits the bill.
Cavtat’s bakeries, supermarkets, cafés and excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance from the villa, as are pebbly beaches with clear water for swimming.
The historic old town of Dubrovnik is approximately 20 minutes away and there is a reliable inexpensive direct bus. Alternatively, taxis are in plentiful supply. Cavtat is approximately 5 miles from Dubrovnik airport.
