The 5 star Hotel Croatia is set just above the horseshoe shaped bay of Cavtat with some fabulous views over the Adriatic to Dubrovnik in the distance.

This large modern style hotel, newly refurbished, has 480 rooms all of which are fully air conditioned with bathroom and shower, balcony, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone, hairdryer and bath robes.
There is plenty to keep the active occupied here with extensive sporting facilities which include tennis, basketball and volleyball courts nearby as well as a fitness room sauna and massage on site. There is a large outdoor swimming pool as well as a separate one for children, and an indoor pool.
The hotel also has a Spa and wellness facility – we recommend booking these pretty soon after you arrive to avoid disappointment.
There are 4 restaurants in total as well as two bars, a poolside bar, a cafe and disco. There is also a children’s club during the peak months of July and August.
Completely Croatia says: A great choice for families who wouldn’t need to leave the confines of the hotel to have a superb break. However, due to the differing levels of the hotel, we don’t recommend the Croatia as suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
