Adventure Weekend in Trilj and Split

A sporty, relaxed 3 night adventure and activity weekend in Trilj & Split travelling by bike, canoe and kayak.
Friday
– Arrive into Split Airport and transfer to the Village of Trilj (approx 40 minutes away). Check into hotel Sv Mihovil and enjoy dinner.
Saturday – Canoe Safari and Riding
-after an early breakfast, transfer to the village of Otok to begin a canoe safari.Each canoe takes 6-10 people.
Your guide will escort you down the Cetina River to Brana Trilj where lunch is a picnic by the river. After the break, transfer to the City of Sinj where the tour includes a local museum and ancient church and the town’s fortress.
A short transfer will bring you to the stables. Choose your horse for a 2 hour ride in spectacular scenery (for those who don’t ride, a lesson is organised). Late afternoon will see your return to the hotel for dinner.
Sunday – Rafting
After breakfast ,transfer to the village of Pensici to start the rafting experience on the Cetina River. Each raft seats 5-8 people. Raft through the Canyon through some breathtaking scenery – steep sided canyons and some rapids to challenge you. This takes between 3 and 4 hours . After the excitement of the rafting, transfer to the eco village of Caporice to taste some home made delights of ham, bread, cheese and wines and also to learn the mysteries of honey production.
Return to the hotel for a Gala Dinner .
Monday – Cycling
After breakfast, take a light 1 mile cycle ride along the Cetina River to Grab Mills. Visit the ancient water mills and enjoy some light refreshment with the miller. The second leg is quite demanding and forms part of a professional cycling race track. Stop in Bravici village for refreshment before an easy cycle back to the hotel. The ride is 7 miles in total. Arrive back at the hotel for lunch before checking out and transferring back to Split Airport.
This holiday is offered on a half board basis and the price, per person includes all entry fees to local museums as well as all activity equipment qualified guides, any entrance fees, return airport transfers and return flights from London Airport.
