Do I need travel insurance?
It is a pre-requisite of booking with Completely Croatia that you pass on details of your insurer at time of booking. If you don’t have insurance, our consultants will be happy to advise on the best deal for you.
I am driving to the airport – can you arrange parking?
Yes, we work with the largest company in the UK and can secure the best rates available. If you have an early flight, we can also arrange overnight accommodation at an airport hotel to ensure you get to check in on time and relaxed. Most of these hotels also offer parking too.
Do you have representatives in resort?
We respect your privacy and don’t have welcome meetings or try to sell you any excursions or extras. All our hotels will be pleased to advise on any aspect of local days out and ‘must sees.’
We simply allow you to enjoy your holiday in peace. However, if you find you do need some help, we have Representatives in resort who are only a phone call away and who also benefit from additional support from us here in the UK.
If you have booked transfers with us, you will be met at the airport and transferred privately by taxi to your hotel (for clients using a ferry to reach the islands, your Representative will arrange your ticket, escort you onto the ferry which is, obviously, a public service.) At the other end, another Representative will meet you for onward private transfer to your chosen property.
What does your ‘from price’ mean?
Our pricing as shown on the website is generally based upon 2 people sharing a double room, bed and breakfast, flying from London Gatwick with Croatia Airlines, for a 7 night holiday during April or October. Naturally prices do increase as we move closer into peak season. However, these prices are issued as a guide only. Most of the charters and no frills airlines now operate a fluid pricing policy which makes it impossible for us to advertise a set price from these operators and thus to ensure we comply with advertising standards.
