This 7 day multi Centre holiday takes you to split, Zadar and then to Plivice lakes. Starting out in Split you will discover wonderfully historic city of Split , the second largest city in Croatia, with its UNESCO listed Diocletian’s Palace and stunning architecture as well as exploring the old town with its excellent selections of bars, restaurants and night life.
From Split you will head to Zadar, home to a historic old town of Roman ruins, medieval churches, cosmopolitan cafes and quality museums set on a small peninsula, Zadar is an intriguing city. It’s not too crowded and its two unique attractions – the sound-and-light spectacle of the Sea Organ and the Sun Salutation – need to be seen and heard to be believed.
Your next stay in in the beautiful Plitvice lakes area, a 295-sq.-km forest reserve in central Croatia. It's known for a chain of 16 terraced lakes, joined by waterfalls, that extend into a limestone canyon. Walkways and hiking trails wind around and across the water, and an electric boat links the 12 upper and 4 lower lakes. The latter are the site of Veliki Slap, a 78m-high waterfall. From Plivice you will then head back to Zadar airport for your journey home.

With its immaculate medieval architecture, beautiful marbled streets, magnificent baroque and renaissance buildings, and elegant clock tower it is no surprise that Dubrovnik has been listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site since 1979. From here you will travel by boat to Korcula, the birthplace of Marco Polo built on the foundations of a Greek colony, and is the historical and tourist centre of the largest island in the Dubrovnik region.
